Christian Friendship Fellowship was established in 1976 and operates as a registered charity under number 327940. It provides a specialised ministry and outreach to Christian singles and those otherwise on their own, on a UK wide basis.

CFF moved to its current offices in the Bawtry Hall complex in 1994, having previously been based in Edenthorpe, Doncaster for 18 years.
